Summary

Thinking is a combination of attention and process.

Using a good Framework for thinking means that the process of thinking can be improved, eventually, automatic.

But, most of all, we need time to think. Deliberate, allocated time. It doesn't happen by accident. Deeper thinking means we remove distraction and allow ourselves the space and, more importantly, the attention to think.

Significance

Putting this theory into practice underlies every other learning process.

Without deliberate time and attention given to thinking then no deep thinking will take place.

Challenges to this idea
